Future Readiness Programme
As technology does more for us, young people need opportunities to develop their own abilities—to think independently, communicate confidently, overcome difficulties and act with purpose.
Lions Academy’s Future Readiness Programme brings together varied classes, personal mentorship and practical experiences to develop the whole person.
Seven pillars for life
Our curriculum develops abilities that young people need to understand the world, find their direction and contribute to the lives of others.
Communication & Social Intelligence — express ideas clearly, build relationships and learn to lead.
Creativity & Imagination — develop original ideas and create meaningful work.
Independent Thinking & Problem-Solving — question assumptions, evaluate information and find solutions.
Knowledge & Cultural Literacy — build a broad understanding of the world.
Character & Resilience — strengthen discipline, responsibility and perseverance.
Practical Skills & Self-Reliance — gain useful skills and the confidence to act independently.
Attention & Intellectual Discipline — develop concentration, deep reading and sustained effort.
More than just classes…
We begin with a consultation to understand your child’s interests, strengths and needs. Their dedicated teacher-mentor then helps them set goals, choose suitable sessions and reflect on their progress.
1) Varied online classes
Three interactive group classes each week, exploring different pillars through discussion, creative tasks and guided challenges. Students choose sessions that suit their interests, goals and schedule.
2) Personal mentorship
Fortnightly individual check-ins provide encouragement, direction and accountability.
3) Specialist workshops
Fortnightly in-person workshops introduce valuable practical and creative skills through hands-on experience.
4) A community of future leaders
Shared projects give students opportunities to collaborate, take responsibility and support one another.
